摘    要:对中国 5 个家驴品种 89 个个体 mtDNA Cytb 基因的全序列进行分析,共检测到 26 种单倍型 30 个多态位点,其单倍型多样度为 0.722~0.826,核苷酸多样度为 0.0042~0.0050,表明中国家驴的遗传多态性丰富.构建的NJ系统发育树表明,中国家驴有2个母系起源即索马里和努比亚支系.

Abstract:All 89 mtDNA Cytb gene sequences from five Chinese domestic donkey breeds were analyzed. The results revealed 26 different haplotypes with 30 variable sites. The haplotype diversity and the nucleotide diversity were 0. 722~0. 829 and 0. 0042~0. 0050, respectively, indicating high level of genetic diversity in Chinese domestic donkeys. The Neighbor-joining tree showed that Chinese domestic donkeys had two maternal origins including Somali and Nubian lineages.
