摘    要:为了将黑麦的抗白粉病基因导入到普通小麦中,对小麦与黑麦的杂种幼胚用1000Rad的软X射线处理后进行离体培养,经过继代培养后分化出苗,选抗病单株与小麦回交,得到的幼胚放在分化培养基上直接分化出苗,再选抗病单株与小麦回交得到的幼胚再放在分化培养基上直接分化出苗,经过四次回交,得到了6A/6R抗白粉病代换系W149。

Abstract:In order to transfer the powdery mildew resistance gene of rye into common wheat, the young (embryo) of the hybrid from a cross of wheat and rye was treated with soft X ray and then cultured in vitro, subcultured and seedings were generated. The plants with powdery mildew resistance were selected to make backcross with common wheat and the young embryo of the hybrid were cultured on differential media and seedings were (produced). Through four times of selecting backcross and culture, a 6A/6R substitution line W149 with (powdery) mildew resistance was obtained. Therefore breeding period was shorten through young embryo (culture).
