杂交油菜宁杂1号三系亲本干物质积累差异

摘    要:测定宁杂1号三系亲本不同生育期干物质积累量可知:在生物学产量上,不育系宁A6和保持系宁B6的单株及各器官在各生育期的干物质积累量接近,同一生育期恢复系宁R1的干物质积累远小于另外两亲本;在经济产量上,不育系宁A6角果多,每角粒数少,单株生产力低,产量低,保持系宁B6角果多,每角粒数多,单株生产力高,产量高,恢复系角果最少,每角粒数最多,单株生产力较高,产量较高;角果发育期以保持系宁B6的粒壳比最大,角果成熟时,宁B6的单株及各器官的干物质积累均为三系亲本中最大。

Abstract:Dry matter accumulation of three lines at different growth stage were tested,the results showed that as the biological yield,dry matter accumulation of sterile line Ning A6 of plants and organs at different stage were approximate to that of maintainer Ning B6.Retainer line Ning R6 showed the least dry matter accumulation at the same stage among parents of three lines and was significantly lower then that of parents of other two lines.As for the economical yield,Ning A6 had more pods,less of seeds per pod,lower yield and productivity,maintainer line had more pods,more of seeds per pod and yield,whereas,retainer line had less pods,relatively higher yield and showed the highest productivity per plant.Ning B6 showed the biggest seed/crest at the developmental stage,at the mature stage,it had the most dry matter accumulation per plant and organ among the three lines parents.
