| Abstract: | In this paper,shikimate acid pathway and its role in plant secondary metabolism were summarized,as well as the research status of flavonoid metabolism and regulation in grape berries.Finally,the relationship between shikimate acid metabolism and polyphenol accumulation was discussed. |
