独活种苗质量分级标准研究

摘    要:以19个采样点采集的1791株独活种苗为研究材料,测定了其主根长、主根粗、侧根数、芽体长度、芽数和单株根重6个主要质量指标,利用K-均值聚类分析法,并结合种苗实际生产情况对独活种苗进行等级划分。根据单株根重、主根长、主根粗3个指标将独活种苗分为3个等级:Ⅰ级,单株根重≥16.0 g,主根长≥22 cm,主根粗≥17 mm;Ⅱ级,8.0 g≤单株根重<16.0 g,18 cm≤主根长<22 cm,12 mm≤主根粗<17 mm;Ⅲ级,3.6 g≤单株根重<8.0 g,14 cm≤主根长<18 cm,9 mm≤主根粗<12 mm。

Abstract:A total of 1791 seedlings of Heracleum hemsleyanum from 19 sites were collected and used as the experiment almaterials, and quality parameters such as root length, root diameter, number of lateral roots, bud length, number of budsandroot weight per plant seedling were determined. By using the K-mean clustering analysis combined with the actual production situation, grading of Heracleum hemsleyanum seedlings were performed. The results showed that Heracleum hemsleyanum seedlings could be divided into three grades according to root weight, root length and root diameter of the seedlings, i.e., Grade Ⅰ: root weight≥16.0 g, root length≥22 cm and root diameter≥17 mm; Grade Ⅱ: 8 g≤root weight<16 g, 18 cm≤root length<22 cm, 12 mm≤root diameter r < 17 mm; Grade Ⅲ: 3.6 g≤root weight < 8 g, 14 cm≤root length < 18 cm, 9 mm≤root diameter r < 12 mm.
