| 摘 要： | 该文根据丰富的实测小区资料，在传统的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算的基础上，运用同频率对比求出小区不同水保坡面措施的减洪量，并将其推算到大流域，算出流域不同水保坡面措施减洪量，然后利用流域水沙关系“以洪算沙”，算出措施减沙量。由此得出一套较为切实可行的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算方法，并在国家“八五”黄河水沙变化研究中得到成功运用。
