摘    要:该文根据丰富的实测小区资料,在传统的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算的基础上,运用同频率对比求出小区不同水保坡面措施的减洪量,并将其推算到大流域,算出流域不同水保坡面措施减洪量,然后利用流域水沙关系“以洪算沙”,算出措施减沙量。由此得出一套较为切实可行的水保坡面措施减水减沙效益计算方法,并在国家“八五”黄河水沙变化研究中得到成功运用。

Abstract:Since 1982,Wuding River, Sanchuan River, Huangpuchuan and Dingxi County were listed in stress control in Yellow River region.After 15 years,801 small watersheds were controlled.Through many years continous control,the natural and economic conditions changed significiantly, and became basic engineer to regional economic development.During engineering constructing,many successful experiences were summarized,such as taking market as guider,considering economic benefit as center,combining control with exploiting and so on .In future,prevention,measures improvement,economic exploit and scientific achievement transforming will be the centre of working
