It is the advancing with time for the developing theory. It is also agreat leap of the governing theory of the Party. It embodied the further ripe on the reform and developing theory of the Party.We should under stand and grasp the scientific developing View firmly. It is essential for guiding the practice of the reform anddeveloping in our country and building the Well-off society in an all-way. |
