食(药)用菌多糖免疫增强作用机制的研究进展

摘    要:介绍了食(药)用菌多糖的免疫增强作用机制。食(药)用菌多糖主要有杂多糖、甘露聚糖、葡聚糖、糖蛋白和多糖肽,具有活性的食(药)用菌多糖免疫增强作用机制是从免疫器官、免疫细胞和免疫分子各层次上刺激巨噬细胞、淋巴细胞、T细胞、B细胞、NK细胞、LAK细胞和红细胞,增加这些细胞的数量,增强其细胞活性,促使其发挥作用。

Abstract:The mechanism of immuno-potentiation effect of polysaccharides from edible-medicinal fungi was reported. Polysaccharides from edible-medicinal fungi were mainly constituted of heteropolysaccharide, mannan, glucan, glycoprotein and polysaccharide peptide. The mechanism of immuno-potentiation effect of edible-medicinal fungi polysaccharides was to stimulate macrophage, lymphocyte, T cell, B cell, NK-cell, LAK-cell and red blood cell from various levels of immunological organ, immunocyte and immunological molecule in order to increase the number of these cells, to potentiate their bio-activity and to promote bringing their effect into full play.
