新扬州鸡与莱航鸡遗传变异的RAPD分析

摘    要:应用 2 1个 1 0碱基寡聚核苷酸随机引物对新扬州鸡、莱航鸡进行 RAPD扩增。结果表明 :1 3个随机引物有扩增条带 ;平均条带共享率 ,新扬州鸡公鸡与母鸡差异不显著 (P>0 .0 5) ,母鸡群与莱航鸡差异显著 (P<0 .0 5) ;遗传多样性指数 ,新扬州鸡公鸡与母鸡无显著差异 (P>0 .0 5) ,而新扬州鸡公、母鸡与莱航鸡存在显著和极显著差异。新扬州鸡遗传变异大于莱航鸡 ,说明新扬州鸡仍有选择余地

Abstract:Random amplified polymorphic DNA was used with 21 arbitrary 10-mer oligonucleotide primers in both New Yangzhou and Leghorn chicken. 13 primers can repeatedly produce RAPD bands clearly. The average of band sharing frequency (BSF) of male New Yangzhou chicken is equal to that of female (P>0. 05), the average of BSF of female New Yangzhou chicken is significantly less than that of Leghorn (P<0. 05). The average of coefficient of genetic diversity (H)compared between male and female in New Yangzhou chicken is equal (P>0. 05), New Yangzhou chicken compare with Leghorn chicken in the average of H is on the contrary and the former is larger than the latter (P<0. 05). So we can getthe conclusion that the genetic variation of New Yangzhou chicken is larger than that of Leghorn and can be improved.
