国际英才教育的现状及对我国英才教育的思考

摘    要:近年来,英才教育已经成为国际教育界研究的热点问题。本文首先介绍全球英才教育的发展及现状,分析当今英才教育面临的困境:英才学生鉴别标准单一、参与英才教育计划的学生人数有限、教育师资缺乏专业性等,由此引发对中国英才教育的思考,并提出加强政府对英才教育的支持和鼓励、建立一套客观完善的英才鉴别体系、建立开放的教育模式等观点,以期对我国英才教育工作提供参考和借鉴。
