| 摘 要： | 小麦籽粒品质既受品种本身的遗传特性的影响，也受环境条件的影响。小麦籽粒品质特性是品种基因型和环境条件的综合表现。研究和了解栽培措施及环境对品质的影响，可以进行合理的品种布局和优质高产栽培技术措施的制定，有利于大面积地推广专用优质小麦品种。

The essay looks into the effects of culture measures and environment over seed characters,which could be utilized for varietal layout rationalization and high-quality high-yield culture technique formalization,and shall be beneficial to large-scaled extension of quality specialty wheat varieties. |
