不同抗寒品种葡萄叶片中氨基酸累积的差异

摘    要:以不同抗寒力的5个葡萄种和品种为材料,研究了越冬前准备时期叶片内游离氨基酸总量和脯氨酸含量变化与抗寒力的关系。在自然生长条件下,进入越冬休眠期前,随着气温降低,葡萄叶片内游离氨基酸总量明显增加。抗寒力越强的种和品种增加的倍数越高。叶片内游离氨基酸含量变化与抗寒力存在相关性。在同一时期叶片内脯氨酸含量也呈增加趋势,但增加的倍数与葡萄种和品种的抗寒力强弱没有明显的正相关性。

Abstract:The relation between cold hardiness and change of total quantity of free Amino Acids and content of Proline in leaves before winterization was studied with five species and varieties of Grapes in different cold hardiness. Before winter dormancy, total quantity of free Amino Acids in leaves of Grapes increase remarkably. The more stronger cold hardiness of species and varieties is, the more multiply it increase. There are correlation between cold hardiness and change of total quantity of free Amino Acids in leaves. At same stage, the content of Proline in leaves also appear increase tendency, but there is not remarkable positive correlation between cold hardiness and increase multiple in content of Proline.
