滇一型水稻雄性不育系性回复的初步研究

对滇一型水稻不育系中可育株的育性，出现频率及其对不育系恢复能力的研究结果表明：滇一型水稻不育系中存在少数可育株，依据对不育系恢复能力的不同，可育株分为无恢复力的恢复力两种类型，前者来源来保持系混杂，后者可能是由于雄性不育系不育基因的回复突变所致。

Fertility Reversion of Dian Type 1 CMS Lines in Rice

The frequency and fertility of the fertile plants occuring in the population of Dian type 1 CMS lines and their restoring ability were studied. The resulte showed that there existed a few of fertile plants (with a frequency of about 0.5%) in Dian type 1 CMS lines. Based on their restoring ability, the fertile plants were divided into two kinds. One kind of fertile plants, occupying 12.5% of total fertile plants had not restoring ability. They could be resulted from the contamination of maintainer lines. The other kind of fertile plants, occupying 87.5% of total fertile plants, showed good restoring ability. They could be resulted from the fertility reversion of CMS lines from genotype S(rr) to S(Rr). Because the male sterility of Dian type 1 CMS lines belongs to game to phytic sterility, the fertile plants with the genotype of S(Rr) have 50% of normal pollens and restoring ability.
