摘    要:从患病仔猪体内分离出病原菌,据其病原菌形态、培养特性和生化特性,鉴定为大肠埃希菌.药敏试验结果表明,该菌对丁胺卡那、头孢哌酮、头孢他定、头孢唑啉高度敏感,对呋喃妥因、阿莫西林中度敏感,对四环素、庆大霉素低度敏感,该菌致死小鼠.利用分离培养的细菌进行增殖培养,制备了生理盐水菌液和营养肉汤菌液两种灭活疫苗.结果表明菌种在普通琼脂斜面上生长旺盛,两种疫苗接种小鼠全部健活,生理盐水和营养肉汤菌液组免疫保护率分别达到75%和87.5%,说明疫苗安全有效.

Abstract:Pathogenic bacterium was isolated from sick piglets and identified as E.coli by its morphology,culture and biochemical characteristics.The antibiotic sensitivity test demonstrated that the bacterium was highly sensitive to amiklacin,cefoperazone,ceftazidime,cefazolin,mid sensitive to nitrofurantoin,amoxicillin,low sensitive to tetracycline and gentamycin.The bacterium was fatal to mouse.Two vaccines,the normal saline and nutrient broth pathogen liquids,were prepared by using pathogen isolated enrichment culture.The results indicated that the pathogen strain could grow rapidly on the basal medium agar slant,all of the mice inoculated by two vaccines could live,and the immunoprotective rates of the normal saline and nutrient broth pathogen liquid vaccines were 75% and 87.5%,respectively.The results showed that two vaccines are safe and effective.
