| 摘 要： | ＂十一五＂末期,山西省提出了生态兴省战略,与此同时对林业建设的工程监理也提出了新的更高的要求,林业监理中存在的制度不协调、收费标准不适当等问题也愈发突出。笔者针对林业监理中的问题,提出了建立并完善监理企业资质认证、完善工程管理制度、建立健全行业收费标准、加强业务培训等相应对策。

| Abstract: | At the end of 11th Five-Year Plan,Shanxi puts forward that ecology enriches people.It acquires forest supervision to get a progressive step.But in fact,current existed incoordination system and unsuitable charge at forest supervision impact its development.Based on these issues,establishing and improving the system of qualification authentication and market access of supervision enterprise,the system of engineering management,the system of industry charge,and the system of specialty training were put forward. |
