麦冬与山麦冬的HPLC指纹图谱比较研究

摘    要:目的建立川麦冬、浙麦冬与山麦冬的HPLC指纹图谱,提供能有效区别麦冬与山麦冬,以及不同产地的色谱学依据。方法采用HPLC-ELSD的分析方法建立川麦冬、浙麦冬和山麦冬的指纹图谱。结果与结论通过比较川麦冬,浙麦冬与山麦冬指纹图谱的特征峰和整体图貌,能有效地将三者区分。该方法特征性强、重现性良好、准确、有效。

Abstract:aim To establish fingerprints of "chuan-mai-dong","zhe-mai-dong" and "shan-mai-dong",to provide a efficient way to identify Radix Ophiopogonis and Radix Liriopes,the cultivation place of Radix Ophiopogonis.methods HPLC-ELSD analytical method was applied to establish fingerprints.result and conclusion HPLC-ELSD fingerprints showed enough differences between "zhe-mai-dong","chuan-ma-dong" and"shan-mai-dong".this method is characteristic,reproducible,convenient and efficient.
