双翼翻土防漏耕犁犁体的3D+2D设计研究

摘    要:在MDT平台上设计了双翼翻土防漏耕犁犁体。建立了犁体曲面模型、犁体各零件的三维模型以及犁体的三维装配模型,并实现了从三维模型到二维工程图的转换。实践证明,在MDT平台上进行犁体的交互式设计是方便可行的。

Abstract:The paper developed a interactive designing process of a two wing turning anti missing plow bottom in the platform of MDT 3.0 (designed by AUTODESK Corporation and featured by 3D 2D function) and provided some experiences for the programming design of plow bottom. Three dimension models of a plow bottom were constituted, which included surface model, part models and assemble model. Drawings used for production were extracted from three dimension models successfully. The interactive designing of plow bottom in the platform of MDT 3.0 was proved to be convenient and feasible by the practice. It is a better CAD scheme for agricultural mechanical manufacturing corporation in our country.
