| 摘 要： | 以印度谷螟幼虫为寄主测定麦蛾茧蜂的性比得知,茧蜂在大寄主上产卵多,子代雄性比低。母蜂能根据寄主大小主动控制产卵的性别。

| Abstract: | Results of the laboratory studies showed that more eggs of Bracon hebetor were deposited on larger larvae of Plodia interpunctella Lep: Pyralidae] than on smaller ones. The percentage of female progeny from larger host was also higher. The female wasps had an ability to control the sex ratio of their progeny based on size of the host larvae. |
