| 摘 要： | 阐述了加快农村信息化建设的紧迫性和重要性,分析了农村信息化建设的现状,就我国农村信息化建设中存在的主要问题进行了论述。针对其中的队伍建设问题作了较详细的分析,并从领导的信息意识、信息服务队伍建设、信息技术维护队伍建设、专家队伍建设等方面提出了8项具体的对策措施。

| Abstract: | The emergency and importance of accelerating rural informatization construction were elaborated in this paper. Current status of rural informatization construction was analyzed. And problems in the construction of country informatization were discussed. Staff construction problems were precisely analyzed. 8 concrete countermeasures were put forward from the aspects of information consciousness of leaders, team building of information service, team building of information technical maintenance, expert team building and so on. |
