武汉市东湖高新技术开发区土地集约利用评价研究

随着我国经济的不断发展,开发区在城市中的地位日益凸显。作为当前城市经济新的增长点,开发区的土地集约利用程度直接关系到开发区的可持续发展,因而评价开发区的土地集约利用状况与增长潜力具有重要意义。以武汉市东湖高新技术开发区为研究对象,对土地集约利用评价指标体系进行构建,并对土地利用集约度综合分值进行计算。结果表明:东湖高新技术开发区已建成城镇建设用地比例较大,土地集约利用程度总体较高;管理绩效集约度突出。最后对开发区土地集约利用提出合理性的建议。

Study on Land Intensive Use Evaluation of Donghu High-tech Development Zone in Wuhan City

Along with development of economy in China,the role of development zone appeared more and more important in the city.As new growth point of current urban economy, the degree of land intensive utilization in development zone has direct relation to the sustainable development in development zone ,thus it has important meaning to evaluate the status of land intensive utilization and the growth potential in development zone.Taking Donghu High-teeh Development Zone in Wuhan City as the object of study ,the evaluating indicator system of land intensive use was constructed ,and the scores of land intensive use were calculated.The results showed that the proportion of accomplished urban eonstruetion land was larg in Donghu High-teeh Development Zone,the degree of land intensive use was high,the intensity of management achievements was prominent.Finally, reasonable suggestions of land utilization utilization in development zone were proposed.
