5种杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病菌的室内毒力测定

摘    要:通过5种常见杀菌剂对水稻纹枯病菌毒力测定试验,结果表明,己唑醇对水稻纹枯病菌具有较高的生物活性,其抑菌效果最好,EC50值为0.250 5 mg/L;福美双的抑菌效果最弱,EC50值为5.392 5 mg/L。

Abstract:Through the test of five common bactericides toxicity to the Rhizoctonia solani Kuhn in lab,the results showed that Hcxaconazole has the higher bioaetivity to the Rhizoctonia solani Ktihn as well as the best bacteriostatic effect ,but Thiram the worst ,the EC50 values of two bactericides were 0.250 5 mg/L, 5.392 5 mg/L respectively.
