| 摘 要： | 对县级供销社如何在发展农村合作经济组织中发挥作用进行了探讨。从县级供销社的基础条件、组织职能和注意的问题等方面结合河北省肃宁县的实际情况进行了阐述,认为县供销合作社依托城镇,面向农村,承上启下,连接城乡,服务"三农",是发展农村合作经济组织的重要力量,并就如何发挥县级供销社的作用提出了5点措施。

| Abstract: | In this paper,how the counties,supply and marketing cooperatives play a role in the development of rural cooperative economic organizations was discussed.Based on the supply and marketing cooperatives' organizational functions and attentive problems and the actual situation of Suning County of Hebei Province the supply and marketing cooperatives rely on countylevel towns,facing the rural areas,the nexus linking urban and rural areas,"agriculture,rural and farmer" and develop rural cooperative economic organizations and serve.Therefore,how to play a more important role by means of the marketing cooperative in the county's agricultural development,the paper gives effective measures and propositions. |
