| 摘 要： | "三农"问题是建设全面小康社会的基本问题,也是重点和难点.农村信息化是我国国民经济和社会信息化的重要方面,2006年中央提出建设社会主义新农村的政策以来,农村信息化成为新农村建设的重要内容.本文界定了农村信息化的定义并详细论述了农村信息化对于新农村建设的作用.

| Abstract: | Three rural questions have always been significant to the process of our building an all-round well-off and modernized society and the whole work of our Party and country.The rural informatization is the important aspects of economic and society informatization.The center make the policy of construction of new rural areas.Rural informatization is becoming the main content of new rural reconstruction.The paper discussed the concept of rural informatization and make an analysis of the function of rural informatization for new rural reconstruction. |
