摘    要:目的]对某一植物茎部分离出的毛壳属内生菌的液体发酵产物进行提取及成分分析,研究其是否产生新的活性次生代谢产物,为后续试验提供理论基础。方法]将毛壳属内生菌接种于豆芽汁培养基中进行发酵,发酵结束后将菌液用乙酸乙酯萃取并制浸膏,获得浸膏核磁共振谱图,对浸膏进行柱层析及薄层层析分离。结果]在粗浸膏谱图中获得原组分体系发生变化的信息。薄层层析获得2个谱带,经核磁共振结构分析,一个谱带的物质较纯,另一个谱带物质是混合物。结论]内生菌液体发酵液的组成发生变化,在体系中出现新的组分。

Extraction and Component Analysis of Fermentation Products from an Endophytic Fungus

Abstract:Objective] Fermentation products from an endophytic fungi were extracted and analyzed in order to determine if it could got new active secondary metabolite.The study will supply the theoretical principle for future research.Method] Endophytic fungi were inoculated into bean sprout juice culture medium.Liquid fermentation product was extracted by ethyl acetate and the crude extract spectrum was obtained,and then separated by column chromatography and thin layer chromatography.Result] Information that the original system had changed was obtained by the H-NMR spectrum of crude extract.Two spectra bands were obtained and analyzed by H-NMR.One was pure and the other was a mixture.Conclusion] Components in fermentation liquid changed and a new component appeared.
