摘    要:以引进的103份鹰嘴豆种质资源为材料,对其12个主要农艺性状进行遗传多样性分析和聚类分析,对其中7个数量性状进行主成分分析和综合评价,为鹰嘴豆种质资源的创制与新品种的选育工作打下理论基础。结果表明,12个主要农艺性状的遗传多样性指数为0.6584~2.0333,其中,株高、单株粒数、百粒重和单株荚数遗传多样性指数较高,均高于2.0000;株型、种子表面、粒形和花色遗传多样性指数较低,均低于1.2000。103份鹰嘴豆种质资源主要分为5个类群,类群Ⅰ包含24份材料,可筛选出丰产且适宜机械化收获的品种;类群Ⅱ包含13份材料,可筛选出高产、高秆和中籽粒型的品种。7个数量性状的前3个主成分贡献率分别为44.92%、19.25%和15.82%,累计贡献率为79.99%,主成分1的主要因子是单株产量、单株荚数和单株粒数。综合评价值(D值)均介于0.136~0.874,排名前20的D值均高于0.600。根据聚类分析和D值可初步筛选出20余份具有不同优良特性的潜力材料。

Abstract:Based on 103 chickpea germplasm resources, 12 agronomic traits were analyzed by genetic diversity analysis and cluster analysis, and seven quantitative traits were evaluated by principal component analysis and comprehensive evaluation, which laid a theoretical foundation for the creation of chickpea germplasm resources and the breeding of new varieties. The results showed that, the genetic diversity indexes of 12 agronomic traits ranged from 0.6584 to 2.0333. The genetic diversity indexes of plant height, grain number per plant, 100-grain weight and pod number per plant were higher than 2.0000. The genetic diversity indexes of plant type, seed surface, seed shape and flower color were all lower than 1.2000. The 103 chickpea germplasm resources were mainly divided into five groups. The group Ⅰ contained 24 materials, which could be used to select the varieties with high yield and suitable for mechanized harvest. The group Ⅱ contained 13 materials, which could be screened out for high yield, high stem and medium grain type varieties. The contribution rates of the first three principal components of the seven quantitative traits were 44.92%, 19.25% and 15.82%, respectively, and the cumulative contribution rates were 79.99%. The main factors of principal component 1 were yield per plant, pod number per plant and seed number per plant. D values of the comprehensive evaluation were all between 0.136 and 0.874, and the top 20 comprehensive evaluation D values were all higher than 0.600. According to the D values of cluster analysis and comprehensive evaluation, more than 20 potential materials with different excellent properties could be selected preliminarily.
