业财融合背景下管理会计转型路径研究——以内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司为例

随着国内经济的迅速发展,管理会计近几年越来越受到企业的关注。而业财融合是管理会计和企业业务活动的有机结合,帮助企业管理会计逐步实现其价值和功能,是管理会计的重中之重。因此,本文以内蒙古蒙牛乳业（集团）股份有限公司（简称“蒙牛集团”）为研究案例,在业财融合背景下,分析管理会计转型的内外部环境,研究其管理会计转型的路径及其效果,通过研究发现蒙牛集团的业财融合建设较为成功,业财融合前后集团的短期发展步履加速,长足发展也变得更为稳固。以蒙牛集团为例发现管理会计转型可以提高企业的运行效率和盈利能力,管理会计与业务、财务融合在一起,完善企业管理会计与财务会计的组织架构,以期帮助更多企业成功完成管理会计转型。

With the rapid development of domestic economy,management accounting has attracted more and more attention of enterprises in recent years.
