中药微生态制剂对奶牛子宫内膜炎临床疗效和血液指标的影响

目的]为了探讨中药微生态制剂对奶牛子宫内膜炎的临床疗效和血液指标的影响。方法]将中药按组方称取,先用乙醇溶液浸泡,再加热回流提取其有效成分,浓缩至0.5 g/mL,加入葡糖糖煮沸,降温接种乳酸杆菌和红茶菌,制备中药微生态制剂。选取某奶牛场患有子宫内膜炎的泌乳奶牛,随机分成中药微生态治疗组、阳性对照组和阴性对照组,治疗后第7天用阴道镜检查,并同时颈静脉采血,测定用药前后血液中白细胞、中性粒细胞、单核细胞、血清钙、磷含量、丙氨酸氨基转移酶（ALT）、天门冬氨酸氨基转移酶（AST）和乳酸脱氢酶（LDH）的影响。结果]中药微生态制剂的治愈率 86.67%、有效率达93.33%;用药前患牛血液中白细胞、中性粒细胞与阴性对照组差异极显著（p﹤0.01）,ALT、AST和LDH与阴性对照组差异极显著（p﹤0.01）,单核细胞、血清钙和磷含量与阴性对照组差异显著（p﹤0.05）,用药后血液中各项指标与阴性对照组均差异不显著（p﹥0.05）。结论]中药微生态制剂对奶牛子宫内膜炎有良好的治疗效果。

Effects of Traditional Chinese Medicine Probiotics on Clinical Efficiency and Blood Indexes of Cow Endometritis

Objective]In order to study the effect of Chinese herbal microecological preparation on the clinical curative effect and blood index of dairy Endometritis.Method] The Chinese herbal medicine was weighed according to the formula,soaked in ethanol solution first,then heated by reflux to extract the effective component,and condensed to 0.5 g/mL,adding glucose to boil,inoculating lactobacillus and black tea fungus at low temperature to prepare microecological preparation of traditional Chinese medicine. The lactating cows in a dairy farm with endometritis syndrome were randomly divided into Chinese herbal microecological treatment group,positive control group and negative control group. The cows were examined by colposcopy on the 7th day after treatment and blood was collected simultaneously from jugular vein,thelevels of Leucocyte,neutrophil,monocyte,serum calcium,phosphorus,alanine aminotransferase（ALT）,aspartate Aminotransferase（AST）and Lactate dehydrogenase were measured before and after treatment.Result]The cure rate was 86.67% and the effective rate was 93.33%.The differences of white blood cells,neutrophils,ALT,AST and LDH in the blood were significantly different from those in the negative control group（P<0.01）,and the contents of monocyte,serum calcium and phosphorus were significantly different from the negative control group （P<0.05）.There were no significantly differences in blood indexes between the negative control group and the treatment group（P>0.05）.Conclusion]Chinese herbal microecological preparation has a good therapeutic effect on dairy Endometritis.
