苏云金杆菌微型颗粒剂对玉米鳞翅目害虫的防治效果

摘    要:包括草地贪夜蛾、亚洲玉米螟、棉铃虫在内的鳞翅目害虫是安徽省夏玉米生产上发生最重、为害最大的一类虫害,为探索其高效绿色的防控技术,分别于心叶初期和心叶末期,施用两种苏云金杆菌G033A和PS3微型颗粒剂,研究其对玉米鳞翅目害虫防治效果、心叶保护效果及产量影响。结果表明:心叶初期以人工撒施方式,按300、450、600 g/667 m2剂量施药后7 d,G033A微型颗粒剂对害虫的防效分别为71.62%、77.18%和81.54%,PS3微型颗粒剂的防效分别为75.00%、83.73%和86.91%;G033A微型颗粒剂对玉米心叶保护效果分别为59.42%、68.86%和71.72%,PS3微型颗粒剂分别为65.08%、72.64%和75.50%,持效期均可达14 d。心叶末期以无人机撒施方式,按照1、1.5、2 kg/667 m2剂量施药后7 d,G033A微型颗粒剂对害虫的防效分别为76.90%、81.22%和86.02%,PS3微型颗粒剂分别为81.71%、84.89%和89.20%,药后14d防效均开始下降;挽回产量损失率G033A微型颗...

Abstract:Lepidopteran insects, including Spodoptera frugiperda, Ostrina furnacalis and Helicoverpa armigera are the most serious pests in summer maize production in Anhui Province. To explore the efficient and green control measures, two Bacillus thuringiensis (Bt) microgranules, G033A and PS3, were applied at early whorl and late whorl stage, respectively, to study the control effects on lepidopteran pests of maize, protective effects of young whorl leaves and yields of maize. The results showed that at the early whorl stage, the control effects of G033A microgranules on pests applied artificially was 71.62%, 77.18% and 81.54%, respectively, and PS3 microgranules was 75.00%, 83.73% and 86.91%, respectively. The protective effects of G033A microgranules on young whorl leaves were 59.42%, 68.86% and 71.72%, respectively, and PS3 microgranules were 65.08%, 72.64% and 75.50%, respectively, within 14 days. At the late whorl stage, the control effects of G033A microgranules applied by UAV on pests after treatment of 7 days was 76.90%, 81.22% and 86.02%, respectively, and PS3 microgranules was 81.71%, 84.89% and 89.20%, respectively, but the control effects reduced 14 days after application. The restoration rate of the maize yield loss was 5.17%, 7.07% and 9.09%, respectively, by using G033A microgranules, and 5.56%, 7.47% and 9.57%, respectively, by using PS3 microgranules. Compared with wet table powder, microgranules have longer effect period and better control efficiency. The control effects of PS3 microgranules higher than that of G033A microgranules at 7 and 14 days after treatment with the same dosage. In summary, the results suggested that G033A and PS3 microgranules have good control effects on maize lepidopteran pests and the recommended dosage for artificial application is 300―600 g/667 m2 and that for UAV application is 1―2 kg/667 m2.
