| 摘 要： | 现代楼宇的物业管理系统是一种复杂性、重复性和随机性都很强的系统，传统的人工或半人工管理模式已无法适应发展的需要，取而代之的是智能化、网络化的现代管理模式。在住宅小区的物业管理方面，提出了一种用工业现场总线技术进行智能控制的设计方案，并阐述了整个系统的硬件设计思路和软件设计方案。

| Abstract: | The property management system of the modern building is featured by complexity, regularity and randomicity. With the development of economy, the management mode of the traditional manpower or partial manpower can no longer satisfy the requirements of the building management. The modern management mode with intelligence and network occurs constantly. A scheme based on the field bus technique was put forward which is suitable for the intelligent control of small residential area. The method of designing the hardware and the software of the system was also explained. |
