摘    要:本试验以巴西蕉幼苗为试材,研究经短期高温处理后叶片光合作用和几种生理指标的变化。结果表明,短期高温处理后,巴西蕉叶片净光合速率(Pn)、气孔导度(Gs)和蒸腾速率(Tr)相比对照有所下降,而细胞间隙CO2浓度(Ci)持续升高。高温处理24 h后,巴西蕉幼苗叶片叶绿素总量相比对照降低9.62%,而可溶性蛋白含量、游离脯氨酸含量(Pro)、MDA含量相比对照均有极显著的提高,可见短期高温胁迫对巴西蕉幼苗的生长产生了不利的影响。

Abstract:The effects of short-term high temperature on the Brazil banana plantlets were used as material to study the changes of photosynthesis and physiological indices of the leaves.The results showed thatP n,G s and T r decreased than those of CK,whileC i increased all the time. The leaf of Brazil banana total chlorophyll content were lower than 9.62% of CK,while the soluble protein,free proline,MDA content were increased significantly than those of CK after 24 h. The results suggested that short-term high temperature might result in the bad effects on the growth of the brazil banana plantlets.
