骶髂关节损伤的治疗进展

随着现代交通领域的快速发展,高能量的损伤越来越多,高能量损伤中累及骶髂关节复合体损伤的发生率逐步增加。骶髂关节复合体是躯干与下肢负荷传递的枢纽,在维持骨盆环的稳定性方面起着决定性作用,因此累及骶髂关节的不稳定性骨盆骨折应尽可能的复位固定。目前临床上对骶髂关节损伤的手术治疗方法报道较多,各种内固定临床疗效不同。该文就骶髂关节损伤的诊疗进展进行综述。
