污水灌溉对小麦幼苗生理特性及抗氧化酶活性的影响

摘    要:用不同浓度的污水分别对小麦幼苗进行处理,测定其根系活力、细胞膜透性、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性、过氧化氢酶(CAT)活性、过氧化物酶(POD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。研究了污水对小麦生理特性及抗氧化酶活性的影响。结果表明:随着污水处理浓度的提高,根系活力不断降低,细胞膜透性不断升高, SOD、CAT及POD活性均表现为先升后降的趋势, MDA的含量呈逐渐上升的趋势。

Effect of wastewater irrigation on physiological characteristics and activities of antioxidase in wheat seedlings
Abstract:The different concentration wastewater was respectively used to irrigate wheat seedlings. The root vigor, membrane permeability, MDA content, and activities of SOD, CAT and POD of seedlings were determined. The effects of wastewater on physiological characteristics and activities of antioxidase in wheat were also studied. The results showed that the root vigor and the membrane permeability gradually decreased and increased, respectively, with the increase of wastewater concentration. The activities of SOD, CAT, MDA and POD increased at first and then decreased, and the content of MDA tended to increase progressively with the improvement of wastewater concentration.
