| 摘 要： | 从变害为利的观点和昆虫资源利用的角度出发，探讨两种松毛虫蛹的营养价值。云南松毛虫蛹的蛋白质，氨基酸，脂肪和碳化水化合物的含量分别为５８．１５％，３５．９８％，２２．５２％，６．８２％，文山松毛虫蛹分别为６１．２６％，３８．９２％，１９．７５％和９．７０％，前者的不饱和脂肪酸含量与Ｐ／Ｓ值分别为６３．５９％和１．７６３％，后者分别为６１．６９４４％和１．６３１６％。必需脂肪酸分别为３２．２０２８和２

| Abstract: | From viewpoint
of turning pests into resources,this paper deals with the nutritive value of two pine
caterpillars.The contents of protein,amino acids,fat and carbohydrate of Dendrolimus houi are
5815%,3598%,2252% and 682% respectively,while those of Dpunctatus wenshanensis are
6126%,3892%,1975% and 970%;the essential fatty acids of the former are 322028%,the latter
2840%;both pupae are rich in vitamins and minor elements. |
