齿瓣石斛新品种及良种——龙紫1号的选育

龙紫1号是从齿瓣石斛栽培大田中选择优株扦插增殖,经3年区域栽培试验选育的优良无性系品种。其根系发达,茎稍肉质,鲜嫩,粗壮且较长;其鲜茎平均长88 cm,直径1.0 cm,石斛多糖含量高达41.4%,盛产期产量达1.80 kg/m2,具有较强的抗寒性、抗旱性及抗病性,与传统品种比较,萌芽期推迟约15 d,叶功能期延长5 d。2012年12月通过云南省林木良种审定委员会认定,命名为龙紫1号;2013年12月,龙紫1号被云南省林业厅园艺植物新品种注册登记办公室确定为园艺植物新品种。

Breeding of Longzi NO 1, The Dendrobium New and Improved Variety of devonianum

Longzi NO1 is selected from superior strains of Dendrobium cultivated after three years regional cultivation experiment of clonal varieties proliferation. Its root system is thriving, thick and long with slightly fresh fleshy; the average length of fresh stems is 88 cm, diameter is 1.0cm; polysaccharides content is up to 41.4% , the top yield is up tol. 80kg/m2 ; Compared with traditional varieties, it has strong cold resistance, drought resistance and disease resistance, which could delay budding time and leaf function approximately 15 d and 5 d. It was named Longzi NO 1 in December 2012 by Yunnan Forest Seed Approval Committee; and was also identified as new gardening plant varieties in December 2013 by registration office of new plant varieties, Yunnan Forestry Department.
