摘    要:结合近几年来国内外的最新研究进展,论述了导致植物组织培养过程中外植体发生褐变的基本机理,认为褐变包括酶促褐变和非酶促褐变,褐变的主要原因是酶促褐变,进而在此基础上提出了克服褐变的措施。

Abstract:Uniting the fresh progress of research in several years, expounded the flora organisation mechanism that to foster in the process changes into brown, Thoutht that change into brown including the ferment to promote to change into brown and the non-ferment to promote to change into brown, The main reason of changing into brown is the ferment to promote to change into brown, And then being living proposes steps of overcoming brownly what changes into on this base.
