辣椒胞质雄性不育系与保持系生化特性研究

摘    要:对不育系K132A、保持系K132B不同发育阶段花药的生化特性进行比较分析,结果表明:不育系花药不同发育阶段的过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶、超氧化物歧化酶的比活力明显高于保持系,且呈逐渐增强趋势,而保持系却逐渐减弱。但是,不育系过氧化氢酶的比活力低于保持系,推断由于酶活性的异常变化引起花粉内代谢的失调从而导致败育。为阐明辣椒细胞质雄性不育的败育机理提供理论基础。

Abstract:An investigation into biochemical aspects of Peroxidase(POD),Polyphenoloxidase(PPO),Catalase(CAT),Superoxidase dismutase(SOD) in different growth periods of anther in cytoplasmic male sterile(CMS) K132A and its maintainer line K132B has been performed.The results showed that the activities of POD,PPO and SOD in male sterile line were obviously higher than that in maintainer line,and they increased with the bud development while they decreased in maintainer line.However,the activity of CAT in male sterile line was lower than that in maintainer line,suggesting that the unbalance enzyme activities might be responsible for the male sterility in K132A,it would provide some basic knowledge for the explication of male sterility.
