彩叶橡胶榕的无土扦插技术研究

目的]加快彩叶橡胶榕种苗的繁育速度。方法]以顶梢、嫩枝、硬枝作插穗,珍珠岩、椰糠、泥炭土、混合基质作培养基质,然后用不同浓度的ABT生根粉进行处理,研究彩叶橡胶榕的无土扦插育苗技术。结果]顶梢扦插生根时间最短(28~33 d),成活率最高(88.7%)。4种无土基质的成活率均比对照园土高,珍珠岩插穗生根时间最短(23~29 d),成活率最高(95.6%)。随着ABT生根粉浓度的增加,插穗生根所需时间缩短,成活率升高。200 mg/L ABT生根粉处理的生根时间最短(25 d),成活率最高(95.6%)。结论]彩叶橡皮树无土扦插育苗选择顶梢为插穗,珍珠岩为培养基质,ABT生根粉的适宜浓度为150~250 mg/L。

Study on Seedling Raising Technique by Soilless-scale-cutting of Ficus binnendijkii var. variegata

Objective] The study aimed to accelerate the propagation speed of Ficus binnendijkii var.variegata seedlings.Method] With top shoot,tender and hard twigs as cuttings,they were treated with ABT rooting powder with different concn.With perlite,coconut coir,peat soil and mixed substrate as culture media,the seedling raising technique by soilless-scale-cutting of F.variegata was studied.Result] With top shoot as cutting, the rooting time was shortest(28～33 d) and the survival rate was highest(88.7%).The survival rates of 4 soilless substrates were higher than that of garden soil(CK) and the rooting time of cutting in perlite was shortest(23～29 d) and its survival rate was highest(95.6%).As the ABT rooting powder concn.increased,the rooting time of cutting shortened and its survival rate increased.The rooting time of treatment with 200 mg/L ABT rooting powder was shortest(25 d) and its survival rate was highest(95.6%).Conclusion] In the seedling raising by soilless-scale-cutting of F.variegata,the top shoot should be selected as cutting,perlite should be chosen as culture medium and the suitable concn. of ABT rooting powder was 150～250 mg/L.
