辽宁省马铃薯繁育体系建设研究报告

建立健全良种繁育体系,是推广应用脱毒薯的必要条件。3年来,本溪所已完成高山地区3级繁育体系的研究;大连所建立了春繁夏播2年4级的繁育体系;蚕业所建立了冷藏夏播3级繁育体系;建平示范场建立了高海拔3级繁育体系。以上4种体系各具特色,为推广脱毒薯提供了可行的模式。

THE SYSTEM OF HIGH-QUALITY SEED POTATO MULTIPLICATION IN LIAONING PROVINCE

For the sake of solving the problem of potato degeneration caused by viruses in Liaoning province, the virus-free seed potatoes, which derived from meristem culture, were used in potato production. As the virus-free seed potatoes can be infected again by viruses in fields, the system of virus-free potato multiplication, in which the potatoes were produced with a low level of virus infection, must be developed in order to supply sufficient seeds for farmers. Because of this, four kinds of multiplication systems were suggested in this paper. The results showed that they were very effective and the farmers can benefit a lot from them.
