| 摘 要： | 随着我国农产品加工业的快速发展,农产品加工的废弃物也大量产生,而这些废弃物来源于农产品加工过程中的原料,含有有机质,被废弃后,产生大量破坏环境的污染物。基于4R理论,利用高新技术和手段进行再利用,不仅可以缓解原材料不足的矛盾,增加农产品的附加值,促进经济发展,还可以缓解环境污染问题。

| Abstract: | Along with the rapid development of agricultural products processing industry,a lot of waste is generated,and these wastes which have organic matter also destroy the environment after abandoned.Based on 4R theory,we can not only remission the problem of insufficient raw materials,increase the value of agricultural products,promote economic development,but also solve environmental problems by high-tech reuse. |
