栽培黄瓜种质遗传多样性的SSR鉴定

摘    要:利用62对多态性SSR引物对59份黄瓜材料进行了遗传多样性分析。聚类分析结果将供试材料分为 7 大类群,第 1 类包含6个欧洲温室型材料,全为无刺瘤类型;第 2 类是4个美国类型种质,属于小果型材料;版纳黄瓜D59单独聚为第3类,且与其他材料的遗传距离均大于0.33;疑为华南型种质的D38,单独聚为第4类,其果实为乳白色;第5类包括D13及其父本D39,两者含有欧洲和华北血缘;第6类为叶色突变材料D28,是欧洲型和华北型黄瓜的后代;第7类包括33个华北型材料、7个华南型材料、4个日本型材料。主成分分析与系统聚类分析结果基本一致。两种分析方法的分类结果与形态学分类相吻合。

Abstract:62 polymorphic SSR primers were used to study the genetic relationships of 59 cucumber materials. Germplasm used in this study were divided into 7 groups by cluster analysis. Six European greenhouse ecotype materials with no spines were in the 1st group. Four American ecotype germplasm with small fruits belonged to the 2nd group. The Xishuangbanna cucumber D59 formed the 3th group. The genetic distance between D59 and other materials were more than 0.33. The white fruited accession D38 belonged to 4th group. The accession D13 and its male parent D39 which were the progenies of European greenhouse ecotype and North China ecotype were in the 5th group. The leaf color mutant D28 was the only accession in the 6th group. The 7th group were consisted of 33 north China type materials, 7 south China type accessions and 4 Japanese type germplasm. Results obtained from the principal coordinate analysis were consistent with those from the cluster analysis, which were in according with the morphological taxonomy on cucumber.
