烤烟套种甘薯对烟叶化学成分及评吸质量的影响

摘    要:通过田间小区试验,研究了烤烟与甘薯套种对烟叶化学成分及评吸质量的影响。结果表明:与烤烟单作处理相比,烤烟套种甘薯处理原烟的总糖和还原糖含量趋于合理,钾氯比差异显著,烟碱含量降低,糖碱比提高,而其他各项指标基本相近,化学成分总体上更趋合理;此外,烤烟套种甘薯处理原烟的单体烟叶评吸质量较好,香韵、香气量、香气质及烟味浓度、刺激性、劲头、杂气、口感等方面的综合质量比烤烟单作处理高1.40%,具体表现为香气量略高、吃味相对醇和、烟味浓度丰富、劲头更趋适宜、生青气较轻、回味尚好、杂气和口感尚好。

Abstract:Field experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of flue-cured tobacco and sweet potato intercropping on chemical composition and smoking quality of tobacco leaves.The results were as follows: compared with monocropping,the contents of total sugar,reductive sugar tended being more rational,and the ratio of potassium to chlorine had significant differences,nicotine content was on the decrease,but sugar/nicotine ratio was on the increase,other indexes of tobacco were basically close with those of monocropping,and chemical composition were more balance under intercropping.Compared with monocropping,the smoking quality of leaves was well,flavour note,qualify of aroma,volume of aroma,smoke consistence,irritation taste,physiological strength and ofensive odor and taste quality were increased by 1.40%,presented as volume of aroma was high,the taste quality was relatively mellow,the smoke consistence was rich,the physiological strength was tend to reasonable,the green grass aroma was lower,ofensive odor and aftertaste was well.
