摘    要:乙烯处理使香石竹花瓣中过氧化物酶活性提高。IEF电泳分析结合^35S蛋氨酸标记内源合成蛋白的研究结果表明,乙淆不但提高了花瓣中原有的过氧化物酶活性,还诱导合成了等电点Ip为6.3的过氧化物酶。

Abstract:Peroxidase activity in carnation petals was markedly enhanced by ethylene.By means of 35Smethionine labeling newly synthesized protein in the petals and IEF analysis,it was found that de novo synthesis of a peroxidase(Ip 6.3 )was induced by ethylene in addition to the enhanced activity of the peroxidases in fresh petal.
