本文简要介绍了空间信息技术（３Ｓ技术），讨论了土地利用管理的内容和特点，分析指出空间信息技术是实现土地利用管理现代化的必然选择和强有国的技术支撑

Spatial Information Technique and Land Use Management

Spatial information technique is one of the most important technique nowdays and in future. Usually, It consists of three parts: GIS, RS, GPS(3S). In this paper, the contents and characteristics of 3S and land use management are introduced briefly. Base on these introductions, the paper dicusses and analyses that the 3S will be the key technique and important supporting technique for accomplishing the modernization of land use and management.
