浸种对油松种子发芽的影响

摘    要:测定了阿司匹林、GA和稀土不同浓度、不同浸泡时间交互作用对油松种子发芽的影响,同时测定了水中不同浸种时间对油松种子发芽的影响。结果表明:浸种时间36 h、阿司匹林浓度0.05%、GA浓度50 mg/kg时种子发芽势较高,稀土作用不大;水中浸泡时,浸泡时间以36 h较好,种子发芽势较高。

Abstract:The effects of soaking with aspirin,GA and rare earth,soaking time,as well as soaking in water for different time on germination of Chinese pine seed were determined.The results showed that the germination potential was high with soaking in 0.05% aspirin and 50 mg/kg GA for 36 hours,while rare earth played a limited role.The germination potential was high with soaking in water for 36 hours.
