耐冷杂交稻恢复系配合力分析

摘    要:将自育的5个恢复系与4个不育系按不完全双列方式配组20个组合,用裂区-间比设计法进行杂种优势分析,估算亲本重要性状的一般配合力和特殊配合力,结果表明,新选育的恢复系G599、G405、G339一般配合力强,新组合五丰A/G339、五丰A/G389等,具有较大的产量优势。

Abstract:The heterosis of 20 combinaion hybrid by an incomplete diallel crosses method from 5 optional new restorers and 4 CMS lines in rice was analyzed,and the general and special combining ability for agronomic traits of these combinations were evaluated through field test in a design of interval comparison within split-plot in 2005.The results show that the restorers G599,G405 and G339 express better general combining ability.The hybrids Wufeng A/G339 and WufengA/G389 performed stronger heterosis in yield.
