摘    要:沧金1号是沧州市农林科学院选育的枣树新品种。该品种果实个大,圆形,单果重8.3 g,味甘甜、微酸,品质上等,可食率97%,肉厚核小,适于鲜食和制干,制干率60%,抗浆烂,裂果轻,9月中旬成熟。2010年通过河北省林木品种委员会审定。

Abstract:Cangjin No.1 is a new jujube variety bred by Cangzhou Academy of Agriculture and Forestry Sciences.The fruit is large and round with an average weight of 8.3 g,the flavor is sweet and sour,and the edible rate is 97%.The stone is small and the flesh is thick.It is suitable for fresh-eating and processing,and the rate of dry fruit is 60%.It is resistant to the thick rotten disease and fruit cracking.The mature period is at the middle ten days of September.It is approved by Hebei Forest Variety Approval Committee in 2010.
