| 摘 要： | 应用SSR技术,使用在黄瓜长短果柄品种为材料建立的基因池间表现出良好多态性的8对SSR引物,对30个黄瓜品种进行了有关果柄长度性状的资源分析,其中有6对引物扩增出的条带清晰,重复性好。SSR分析结果与田间表现相一致。

| Abstract: | By using SSR method, the length characters of fruit stem with 30 cucumber varieties were analyzed by selecting 8 pairs SSR primers which acquired good polymorphism in two DNA mixing pools of fruit stem. Only 6 pairs primers were amplified clearly and showed repeating bands. The results of experiment accorded with agronomic character. |
