西北干旱区经济社会发展与土地利用相关分析——以嘉峪关市为例

土地是生存与发展的基础。对于西北干旱区,土地资源作为一种关键的自然要素,对区域经济发展起着至关重要的作用。本文就嘉峪关市经济发展和土地利用的关系进行了研究,结果表明:耕地、林地、建设用地和未利用地的变化与人口增长及城镇化、经济增长、经济结构的调整、政策等有显著的相关性。同时,由于社会经济发展受资金、电力等的影响,建设用地随之表现出了一定的波动性,在克服了各种困难后,存量建设用地得到了充分利用。针对嘉峪关市土地利用中存在的问题,提出了保障经济社会全面协调可持续发展的土地利用策略。

Analysis on the Relationship Between Social Economic Development and Land Use in Arid Regin of Northwest China A Case of Jiayuguan City

Land is the foundation of existence and development.As the key production element,land resources have played a very important role in the social economic development in arid northwest region.This research studied the relationship between social-economic development and land use in Jiayuguan city.The results indicated there are significant correlations among cultivated land,orchard land,construction land,uncultivated land,population and economy development,urbanization,industrialization,restructure and reforestation policy.Besides,affected by economy,the area of construction land has a fluctuation change,and it has been made fully after overcoming difficulties.At last,according to a series of problems about land use,some innovation ideas and stratagem measures were put forward for sustainable land use in the following regional social-economic development in Jiayuguan city.
