不同基质和施肥对尾巨桉组培苗的影响

对尾巨桉组培苗移植到容器袋时所用的基质、基肥品种及苗期追肥配方和浓度等进行全面的试验研究。结果表明:本地不同地点土质对桉树组培苗移植的成活率影响不明显;而使用不同的基肥对移植的成活率有很大的影响,以施用钙镁磷肥3kg·m-3的成活率最高,追肥是决定壮苗的关键,配方A3即浓度为300×10-6的磷酸二铵和硫酸钾的复合肥是尾巨桉移植苗追肥的最佳配方。

The Effect of Different Substrate and Fertilization on Tissue Culture Seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis

The different substrates and base fertilizers in containers in which the tissue culture seedlings of Eucalyptus urophylla×E.grandis were transplanted and the formulae and concentrations of top dressing in seedling stage were studied.The results showed that:The quality of soil taken from different sites did not cause obvious difference among survival rates of tissue culture seedlings of E.urophylla×E.grandis when they were transplanted.However,the base fertilizer caused great difference among them,and the survival rate was the highest when the fused calciummagnesium phosphate (3kg·m3) was used as base fertilization.The top dressing was the key technique for good seedlings,and A3 was the best formula for top dressing that contained 300×103 ammonium primary phosphate and potassium sulfate.
