流通服务人性化创新研究

摘    要:图书馆流通服务提倡人性化服务,要以尊重读者、关怀读者为宗旨,以人为本,做到"为书找人,为人找书"。本文在流通服务人性化分析的基础上,提出了流通服务人性化的创新管理策略,即创新管理服务理念,优化服务质量,发挥特色馆藏,建立个性化服务,搞好图书馆责任文化建设。
